And, I’m proud to say, I’ve never acted on the impulse to deck whomever messes with my name.

Might as well rant.

I’ve never had a nickname I can use, my first name is so bloody common I have to go by my last if I’m in a class with another one, and no one can freaking pronounce my last name right. And before you ask, I hate my middle name and will never use it for anything. And yet, I still thank my parents for not naming me something fucked up like a lot of people I see. Then again, they enjoy it. Morons.
